At callback, on site visit conducted. Establishment not open. No change to interior of building. Food items and singlet service being stored. Ice bin still located neat cash register. Contacted operator Clinton via phone call with no answer. Sent text message also.

Operator built add on building in front of food truck that they are using for food storage, scooping ice for customers, and storage of singles service items. Operator stated they will not scoop ice from building anymore and they started moving all single service items into the food truck.
