Conditions were a danger to public health, so the business was ordered to close immediately. It can't reopen until an inspector confirms the problems are fixed.

  • Approved source; food safe and unadulterated
    • High priority: Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Food contaminated by unsanitized equipment or utensil. See stop sale. Cooked chicken being placed in direct contact with reused cardboard boxes lids that previously contained raw chicken at the time of inspection. Oil used to cook rice had a living frog that jumped out of it at the time of inspection. Approximately 80 cups of rice was cooked with the oil previously mentioned.
  • Labeling, date marking and consumer advisory
    • Basic: Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Containers with msg, sugar and salt not labeled in cook line.

    • High priority: Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Cooked noodles stored under raw beef in walk in cooler.
