  • High priority: Roach activity present as evidenced by a total of approximately 39 live roaches found. 1 live in crack on corner of bar, 4 live under bar near hand wash sink, 1 live on side of trash can by front door, 1 live on floor behind trash can by front door. 2 live under front counter, 2 live on floor behind front counter, approximately 8 live on wall by upright reach in, approximately 10 live on wall behind three compartment sink, 1 live in three compartment sink, approximately 3 live in empty bin under prep table, 3 live on low reach in cooler gaskets, 1 live in rice bin, 2 on hand wash sink.
