Observed employee grab wet wiping cloth from sanitation bucket with glove on. Wiping down equipment. Still with the same gloves on. Then grabbing cooking equipment without taking gloves off and washing hands. Employee is reeducated to take off gloves and washing hands before continuing to cooked.
