Conditions were a danger to public health, so the business was ordered to close immediately. It can't reopen until an inspector confirms the problems are fixed.

- High priority: Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Presence of insects, rodents, or other pests. Observed approximately 10 ants crawling on and in a container of honey in the prep area. Operator disposed of the container of honey. See stop sale.
- Food protection and cross-contamination
- High priority: Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw ground beef stored over ready to eat pepperoni and salami in the walk in cooler. Operator stored properly.
- Handwash sinks and supplies
- Intermediate: Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed handwashing sink with a sanitizer bucket stored in it. Operator removed sanitizer bucket.
- Intermediate: No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at front handwashing sink. Operator added paper towels.

Observed approximately 15 small flying insects in the prep area landing on containers of spices, walls and tables. Observed approximately 5 small flying insects in the mop sink area landing on walls. Observed approximately 15 small flying insects at the front counter landing on registers, containers of ice cream toppings and boxes with bread.
