On the prep table in the prep area next to the stairs, a beverage container was stored next to flat breads. The container was removed.

In the dry storage area, a case of open 4oz disposable plastic soufflé cups and a case of 8oz plastic disposable cups were stored on the floor. The cases were moved up by the chef during the inspection.
