Conditions were a danger to public health, so the business was ordered to close immediately. It can't reopen until an inspector confirms the problems are fixed.

  • Insects, rodents, pests and animals
    • High priority: Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Observed 6 live roaches crawling on the ground near the handwashing sink and walk in cooler. Observed 2 roaches crawling on the floor by the triple sink. Operator killed all live roaches and sanitized the area.
    • Basic: Outer openings not protected during operation and vermin and/or environmental cross contamination present. Observed broken cove molding at the door to the exterior of the restaurant and live roaches are in the establishment.
  • Floors, walls, ceilings and ventilation
    • Basic: Floor soiled with an accumulation of debris between large pieces of equipment in the kitchen.
