Met the state's inspection standards; the inspector didn't need to come back. Any violations cited still count toward the grade.
- Floors, walls, ceilings and ventilation
- Basic: Floor/wall/ceiling/vent soiled/has accumulation of debris. Two vents at front counter and in ware washing area have dust. Walls at mop sink and to left of fryers are soiled. Fan guard in drink reach-in cooler at drive-thru with dust.
- Manager certification and employee training
- Intermediate: Records/documents for required employee training do not contain all of the required information. Proof of food handler training for Joe R is missing the training and expiration dates.
