Conditions were a danger to public health, so the business was ordered to close immediately. It can't reopen until an inspector confirms the problems are fixed.

- High priority: Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41°F. in a pan on top of the deck oven, cooked vegetables (55°F - Cold Holding). Operator moved the cooked vegetables to a pan to rapidly reheat.

Provided operator with the employee health reporting agreement. Employees began reading and signing the agreements.
