The inspector came back, found the problems fixed and allowed the business to reopen.

Conditions were a danger to public health, so the business was ordered to close immediately. It can't reopen until an inspector confirms the problems are fixed.

• In-use utensils properly stored
  • Basic: In-use knife/knives stored in cracks between pieces of equipment. In use knives stored between prep equipment. Moved by manager.
• Sewage and wastewater disposal
  • High priority: Improper sewage disposal at floor drain in dumpster/compactor area. Food truck has pipe extension taking waste water to nearby city drain.
• Handwash sinks and supplies
  • Intermediate: Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Hand Wash Sink blocked by equipment.
  • Intermediate: Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Utensils , pans in Hand Wash Sink. Moved by manager.
  • Intermediate: No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. No paper towel at Hand Wash Sink.
• Insects, rodents, pests and animals
  • Basic: Dead roaches on premises. 2 dead roaches on shelf above top of prep table.
  • High priority: Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. 5 live roaches came out of Establishment probe thermometer box. Unable to kill all of them all 10-15 live roaches on shelf above prep table by dry foods in unit.
• Current license displayed
  • Basic: Mobile food dispensing vehicle license number not permanently affixed on the side of the unit in figures at least 2 inches high and in contrasting colors from the background of the vehicle. Unit does not have license number on outside.
  • High priority: Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license. Establishment observed preparing, serving, or selling food to customers with an expired license. expired 06/01/26
