Conditions were a danger to public health, so the business was ordered to close immediately. It can't reopen until an inspector confirms the problems are fixed.

Observed approximately 68 empanadas, 4 cooked fish, 17 cooked beef kabobs and 3 cooked chicken kabobs in display serving case on table in front of restaurant license #2615225 that was prepared in MFDV. Food came from commissary with a suspended license.
• Handwashing and hygienic practices
  • High priority: Employee began working with food, handling clean equipment or utensils, or touching unwrapped single-service items without first washing hands. Observed two employees handling/ preparing foods on MFDV without a way to wash hands since there is no running potable water.
• Water source
  • High priority: Establishment operating with no potable running water. Observed MFDV open and operating without potable running water.
  • Intermediate: Handwash sink does not have running water or enough water pressure to properly wash hands. Observed no running water on MFDV.
• Other sanitary and safe operation
  • Intermediate: Self-sufficient mobile food dispensing vehicle operating from an unapproved commissary. Operator using commissary from an establishment with a suspended license. Food taken from restaurant and cooked on MFDV.
