Conditions were a danger to public health, so the business was ordered to close immediately. It can't reopen until an inspector confirms the problems are fixed.

    • High priority: Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. Observed cooked egg patty at temperatures of 101-112°F stored in steam table in center of cook line. Person in charge stated they were unable to determine when egg was cooked and how long it's been in hot holding.
    • High priority: Stop Sale issued due to adulteration of food product. Observed; 1 live flying insect on cinnamon roll closest to display window on front line. 2 live flying insects on cinnamon roll furthest from display window on front line. 3 live flying insects on 2nd cinnamon roll from display window on front line. 1 live flying insect on 2nd cinnamon roll from furthest from display window on front line. 2 live flying insects on 2 different asiago croissant twists in basket of croissant twists on front line. Stop sales issued for all cinnamon rolls and asiago croissant twists observed with live flying insects.

Observed three compartment sink sanitizer solution not being tested with chemical test strip due to no employee or person in charge knowledge of which test strips to use. Inspector tested sanitizer with approved test strip on site.
