At callback observed; approximately 7 live roaches in cracks of wooden mop sink in dish area. 1 live roach in small screw hole near window dividing kitchen areas behind mop sink. 2 live roaches in cracks of door frame leading into kitchen. 1 live roach in small gap at top of piping near ceiling above main kitchen doorway. 3 live roaches in crack near cove molding on floor at doorway leading into dish area.

Conditions were a danger to public health, so the business was ordered to close immediately. It can't reopen until an inspector confirms the problems are fixed.

- Basic: Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Observed cutting board with grooves and no longer smooth and easily cleanable stored on center prep table in kitchen.

- Basic: Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Observed mold like substance and food debris build up in reach in coolers in outside bar areas.
