To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Manager was unable to provide proof of training during inspection. Per Superintendent, online training records can not be obtained for food handlers, and training books have been ordered.
