The inspector came back, found the problems fixed and allowed the business to reopen.

Conditions were a danger to public health, so the business was ordered to close immediately. It can't reopen until an inspector confirms the problems are fixed.

One on top of white Stand up reach in freezer Two on prep table Five at silver Stand up reach in freezer Five along back wall in storage area. One on top of dishwasher Two behind toaster area. Fifteen under soda area cabinets . Operator has contract from Terminex to start on 7/20. Operator was informed where droppings were and commenced cleaning.

  • High priority: Rodent bait not contained in a covered, tamper-resistant bait station. Sticky trap with cheese under tables in storage area and behind walk in cooler. Snap trap at bar.
