Conditions were a danger to public health, so the business was ordered to close immediately. It can't reopen until an inspector confirms the problems are fixed.

Observed soft boiled soy / jammy eggs in flip top cooler, and listed on the menu, no consumer advisory. Emailed consumer advisory to operator.

    • High priority: Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135°F. Sliced pork in toaster oven held at 89°F. Operator moved pork to cooler.
