Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed dish machine testing at 0ppm. Manager called dish machine company during inspection. Discussed sanitizing in the three compartment sink. Three compartment sink 150ppm.
