  • Basic: Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Bulk container of sugar in back prep area near office not labeled. Employee labeled.
• Handwashing and hygienic practices
  • Basic: Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed employee drink on prep table by service window. Employee moved to correct spot.

The inspector came back, found the problems fixed and allowed the business to reopen.

Conditions were a danger to public health, so the business was ordered to close immediately. It can't reopen until an inspector confirms the problems are fixed.

  • High priority: Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Observed 2 flies land on donut inside front counter case. Employee discarded donut.
• Food-contact surfaces designed and maintained
  • Basic: Ice buildup on back side of door and plastic flaps of walk-in freezer.
• Insects, rodents, pests and animals
  • High priority: Live, small flying insects found 2 flies on donut inside front counter case. 1 fly flying around front counter coffee machine. 1 fly on wall above front counter coffee machine. 1 fly flying around coffee station across from walk in cooler reach in door. Approximately 15 flies in back room on water filter tanks and rolling pan racks. 5 flies on green wire shelves above 3 compartment sink.
