Observed one employee wet a towel at handwashing sink next to three compartment sink. Discussed with manager.
No soap provided at handwash sink.
No soap or handwashing sign available at handwashing sink in drive-through station. Manager provided soap and handwashing sign at time of inspection. Management stated that Wendy's corporate office allowed handwashing sinks to be used as dump sinks and/or non-handwashing sinks as long as the handwashing sign has been removed. A plan review handout has been provided to the manager at time of inspection.
