Conditions were a danger to public health, so the business was ordered to close immediately. It can't reopen until an inspector confirms the problems are fixed.

- High priority: Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. Observed rice stored in reach in cooler measuring (49°F - Cold Holding). Operator stated rice was cooked yesterday and stored in reach in cooler over night. Operator discarded rice.
- High priority: Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Observed rodent droppings inside of box of rice on prep table next to cook line. Operator discarded rice.
