Conditions were a danger to public health, so the business was ordered to close immediately. It can't reopen until an inspector confirms the problems are fixed.

  • Food protection and cross-contamination
    • High priority: Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. Observed raw chicken stored above raw pork in walk in cooler. Manager corrected storage.
    • Basic: Food stored on floor. Observed container of oil stored on floor of dish washing area. Employee corrected oil storage.
  • Food-contact surfaces designed and maintained
    • Basic: Ripped/worn tin foil used as shelf cover. Observed tin foil wrapped bottom shelf of prep table in dishwashing area ripped.

    • Intermediate: No dishwashing facilities of any kind provided. Observed dish machine not functioning properly and establishment does not have a 3 compartment sink for manual ware washing.
    • Basic: Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Observed old labels still attached to containers on drying rack in dish washing area.

    • High priority: Dishmachine not sanitizing properly. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed dish machine measuring (chlorine 0ppm). Manager on shift confirmed establishment does not have 3 compartment sink to utilize manual washing.
