• Labeling, date marking and consumer advisory
  • Intermediate: Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Observed chicken cooked not date marked after it was made 2 days prior. Operator marked it accordingly.
  • Basic: Label on a food item prepared and packaged onsite for customer self-service does not include product identity/description, date product was packaged and name and address of the establishment that prepared and packaged the food. Observed their costumer self service meals not fully labeled. Reviewed the full labeling requirements with the operator.
• Handwash sinks and supplies
  • Basic: No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed two of their sinks missing signs.
