Conditions were a danger to public health, so the business was ordered to close immediately. It can't reopen until an inspector confirms the problems are fixed.

  • Sewage and wastewater disposal
    • High priority: Sewage/wastewater backing up through floor drains. At the kitchen area, observed floor drain backing up, when sinks are running. Unable to wash hands or ware wash without water spreading throughout kitchen. Per manager issues with plumbing started yesterday night.

    • Basic: Standing water or very slow draining water in handwash sink, three-compartment sink, or mop sink. Handwashing sink at the kitchen entrance with very slow draining, also observed food debris from backing up and strong odors.

    • Basic: Objectionable odors in areas of the establishment. At the kitchen area near back door and in hand wash sink at the kitchen entrance.
