The inspector came back, found the problems fixed and allowed the business to reopen.
Conditions were a danger to public health, so the business was ordered to close immediately. It can't reopen until an inspector confirms the problems are fixed.
- Insects, rodents, pests and animals
- Basic: Dead roaches on premises. Observed approximately 10 dead roaches on floor of back kitchen Observed approximately 5 dead roaches and 2 roach egg casings on bar counter next to kitchen Operator began to removed dead roaches and sanitize area
- High priority: Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Observed approximately three live roaches crawling on floor underneath the stainless steel coolers in back kitchen Operator began cleaning and attempted to kill live roaches at time of inspection
- Basic: Outer openings not protected with self-closing doors. Observed back exits or kitchen door opened ajar and not self closing

Obvsrrved conch chowder date marked 8-23 inside reach in cooler that was frozen on 8-23, then thawed on 9-7 over night with no tracking or marker indicating when items were frozen and thawed.
