    • Basic: Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Observed reduced oxygen packed fish still frozen inside walk in cooler not removed fully from packaging Operator removed from packaging before items fully thawed

    • High priority: Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee handle raw fish at cook line, then proceed to place new pair of gloves on without washing hands first, then handled clean plates and French fry bags.observed employee remove gloves, wash hands properly after.
