- High priority: Non-food grade paper/paper towel used as liner for food container. Observed towel used as liner in container of eggs on cook line, towel was removed..

- Basic: Accumulation of debris on exterior of warewashing machine. Observed main dish machine soiled on top. Chef had employees wipe down during inspection.

- Basic: Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Observed microwave interior soiled across cook line. Operator wiped out during inspection.
- Handwash sinks and supplies
- Basic: No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed no hand sign at bar hand sink. Operator replaced during inspection.
- Premises and cleaning equipment
- Basic: Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed mops in buckets. Chef hung to properly air dry.
