Conditions were a danger to public health, so the business was ordered to close immediately. It can't reopen until an inspector confirms the problems are fixed.
- Food protection and cross-contamination
- Basic: Food stored on floor. Observed a case of steak stored on the floor at walk in cooler, employee placed item on shelf.
- Dishwashing facilities and test kits
- Basic: Dishmachine not washing/rinsing properly. Must wash, rinse and sanitize all dishware, equipment and utensils in three-compartment sink until dishmachine is functioning properly. Observed Dishwasher (Chlorine 0ppm) at warewashing area.
- Wiping cloths and linens
- Basic: In-use wet wiping cloth/towel used under cutting board. Observed a wiping cloth under green and yellow cutting boards at cook line.
