Conditions were a danger to public health, so the business was ordered to close immediately. It can't reopen until an inspector confirms the problems are fixed.

- High priority: Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Observed MAC AND CHEESE (50°F - Cooling) at walk in cooler, as per chef made the day prior.

- High priority: Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41°F. Observed buttermilk marinade (70°F - Cold Holding) at kitchen area.
- High priority: Cooked/heated time/temperature control for safety food not cooled from 135°F to 41°F within 6 hours. Observed MAC AND CHEESE (50°F - Cooling) at walk in cooler, as per chef made the day prior.
