Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed Dishwasher (Chlorine 0ppm). Advised operator to set up triple sink until machine is repaired. Observed Triple Sink (Chlorine 100ppm).
