Conditions were a danger to public health, so the business was ordered to close immediately. It can't reopen until an inspector confirms the problems are fixed.

    • High priority: Shell eggs not stored at an ambient air temperature of 45°F or less. Observed on prep table not in use.

    • High priority: Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed nova cream cheese above onions and sodas in walk in cooler. Operator removed onions from under nova.
