Code 32, Restrooms: A minimum of one bathroom facility is not available for public use.
Sign on bathroom door states employees only, advised manager Sharon that restrooms must be made available to customers at all times when restaurant is opened. Door was locked at time of inspection with sign on door that states "employees only" Manager removed sign and unlocked door before end of inspection, Manager stated she was going to keep bathroom door locked and customers can ask for key, I did let her know that was okay to do, but no employee only signage is not permitted.
