During time of callback stating, operator was getting assistance in uploading documents to submit current and updated plans. Operator provided application # via phone in which I called plan review to confirm if plans were submitted. Per plan review with Application# 1880011 , plan review has received application on 9/9. Time extension until next unannounced inspection
