The inspector came back, found the problems fixed and allowed the business to reopen.

Conditions were a danger to public health, so the business was ordered to close immediately. It can't reopen until an inspector confirms the problems are fixed.

• Approved source; food safe and unadulterated
  • High priority: Dented/rusted cans present. See stop sale.
• Food-contact surfaces designed and maintained
  • Basic: Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food.
  • Basic: Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. -walk in freezer floor
• Dishwashing facilities and test kits
  • Basic: Old food stuck to clean dishware/utensils.
• Clean equipment storage and air drying
  • Basic: Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting.
• Insects, rodents, pests and animals
  • High priority: Live, small flying insects found. -1 flying insect at produce prep area -1 flying insect in spice room -5 flying insects in pastry storage hallway -15 flying insect at dough sheeter table in pastry room -10 flying insects at dish storage area landing on food contact surfaces
• Floors, walls, ceilings and ventilation
  • Basic: Floor area(s) covered with standing water. -far wall of pastry storage hallway
