The inspector came back, found the problems fixed and allowed the business to reopen.

Conditions were a danger to public health, so the business was ordered to close immediately. It can't reopen until an inspector confirms the problems are fixed.

• Food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized
  • Intermediate: Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime....can opener blade . Employee removed to clean.
• Clean equipment storage and air drying
  • Basic: Clean utensils or equipment stored in dirty drawer or rack....ice scoop stored directly top of ice machine. Manager removed scoop to wash .
  • Basic: Cleaned and sanitized equipment or utensils not properly stored...ice bucket on the floor by the ice machine..manager removed
• Insects, rodents, pests and animals
  • High priority: Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found.... Approximately 7 rodent droppings underneath seat at dining area.
  • High priority: Rodent rub marks present along walls/ceilings....rodent biting marks in floor carpet at dining area.
