    • High priority: Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Approximately 2 live roaches on floor under dishing machine, discussed with manager who killed roaches and began to clean and sanitize areas.

Conditions were a danger to public health, so the business was ordered to close immediately. It can't reopen until an inspector confirms the problems are fixed.

  • Food out of temperature
    • High priority: Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135°F. In steam table cooked onions (92°F - Hot Holding) per person in charge product prepared on flat top stove approximately 30 minutes ago, discussed hot holding with person in charge who added water to steam table fill line. Person in charge moved onions to stove to reheat.
  • Handwashing and hygienic practices
    • High priority: Employee touched face/hair and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee wiped nose with hand and after without washing hands employee handled containers of raw hamburger meat and sliced cheese, discussed with person in charge who washed hands.

Approximately 7 live roaches crawling on wall and piping under dishwashing machine. Discussed with person in charge to kill roaches and clean and sanitize areas.
