Code 16, Dishwashing facilities and test kits: No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths.
Code 27, Water source: No running water at three-compartment sink.
No running water at mop sink.
Code 31, Handwash sinks and supplies: Handwash sink removed from food preparation/dishwashing area.
Must be reinstalled in the same location where removed. Observed on hand sink missing.
