- Intermediate: No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink in bar. Operator replaced.
- Insects, rodents, pests and animals
- High priority: Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. 30 rodent droppings present in upstairs side storage area with single service items present, on staircase, and underneath staircase area by employee bathroom. No other rodent droppings found in the rest of the establishment. Employees cleaned and sanitized areas.
