Code 36, Floors, walls, ceilings and ventilation: Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair.
Observed damaged ceiling tile in back of dinning room near kitchen where a leak did happen but has since been fixed. Tile has been painted black in color and shows white spots due to water ruining black paint. Manager showed me the new tiles and plans to replace the damaged one today after they close.
