Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Chlorine sanitizing dishmachine in bar at 0 ppm. Employee placed do not use sign on machine and has three compartment sink already set up with a quaternary sanitizing solution at 200ppm.
