Code 22, Food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized: Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength.
Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Tested Chlorine Dish machine at 0ppm. Manager called Ecolab and scheduled an appointment with them for today at 3pm. They set up 3 compartment sink until dish machine is fixed.

Observed 10 flies flying around dish area and landing on green wire racks in dish area. Manager eradicated 5 and sanitized area.
