    • Intermediate: Observed: Active ceiling leaks: Ceiling water leaks are causing water to collect inside overhead light fixtures. This water is actively dripping onto a food preparation table in front of the microwave, as well as in the food preparation area directly above the reach-in cooler.

    • Basic: Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Ice bucket handing on the wall not covered or inverted . Manager relocated ice bucket inverted on rack
