Code 45, Fire extinguishing equipment: Use of cooking equipment producing grease laden vapors/smoke with no hood suppression system installed.
Hood system replaced. 4 burner range is setting partially under the hood system. Small table top fryer remains on counter top. Fire Marshall to be notified.

Notified Fire AHJ. For reporting purposes only. Hood system removed from over 4 burner range, 6 burner range and fryers added without hood system. Operator has spring rolls and egg rolls on her menu that she does plan to fry.
