Conditions were a danger to public health, so the business was ordered to close immediately. It can't reopen until an inspector confirms the problems are fixed.

- Basic: Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. Open employee beverage in reach in cooler. Operator removed beverage.

- Basic: Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Green cutting board in dish room is deeply grooved and no longer be cleaned and sanitized effectively.
- High priority: Non-food grade paper/paper towel used as liner for food container. Paper towels used to line herbs/ vegetables. Discussed the need to use a product approved for food contact such as coffee filters or deli paper.
