Conditions were a danger to public health, so the business was ordered to close immediately. It can't reopen until an inspector confirms the problems are fixed.

    • Basic: Food stored on floor. Plastic bottle of fryer oil stored underneath service window table. Item was stored on reach in cooler.

Emailed Chef Reyes Clean-Up of Vomiting and Diarrheal Events (DBPR HR 5030-104) form during the inspection.

    • Basic: Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Green cutting board stored at three compartment sink.

Quaternary sanitizer test kit that was observed is discolored from previously getting wet and will no longer be effective in ensuring accurate sanitizer concentrations. Discussed with employee.

    • Basic: Mobile food dispensing vehicle connected to utilities on more than a temporary basis. Observed black waste water tank underneath the truck with plumbing line that is cut. A gray waste water tank was observed on the outside of the MFDV with plumbing line that is built into the backside of the truck.
