Hand sink in bar area blocked by two prep tables. The corners of the tables are not allowing access to the hand sink. Observed application from 3/14/2019 were the provisos states 2)) HANDWASH SINK MUST BE EASILY ACCESSIBLE AT ALL TIMES AND MAY NOT BE BLOCKED. A table was added to this area and was not originally on approved plans. Discussed with manager on duty.
