Conditions were a danger to public health, so the business was ordered to close immediately. It can't reopen until an inspector confirms the problems are fixed.

  • Food out of temperature
    • High priority: Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41°F. Swiss cheese in reach in cooler temperature 44°F cold holding. Cheese was stacked above fill line in pan, operator removed some of the cheese from the pan.
    • High priority: Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135°F. Observed butter in squeeze bottle (88°F - Hot Holding) for less than 1 hr per employee. Par cooked French fries (109°F - Hot Holding) in basket above fryer for less than 1 hour per employee. Discussed time control and provided paperwork to person in charge.
  • Handwashing and hygienic practices
    • High priority: Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee change gloves while preparing raw burger and then handling ready to eat bun, without washing hands in between glove change.
    • Basic: Employee drinking from an unenclosed beverage container in a food preparation/clean dishware area and the container does not have a dispensing mechanism to prevent hand contact with lip contact area of drink container. Observed an employee coffee mug in reach in cooler without a lid.
  • Food-contact surfaces designed and maintained
    • Basic: Equipment in poor repair. Observed torn gasket on reach in cooler on cook line.
  • Non-food contact surfaces clean
    • Basic: Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed gasket in reach in cooler and reach in freezer with black/green mold like substance.
  • Water source
    • High priority: Establishment operating with no potable running water. Observed no potable water present in mobile food truck, where all food is being prepared for the seating establishment. Employees unable to properly wash hands.
  • Plumbing and backflow prevention
    • Basic: Plumbing system in disrepair. Person in charge stated water pump for food truck not operational, and one should be delivered end of day.
  • Insects, rodents, pests and animals
    • High priority: Live, small flying insects found. Observed one live flying insects inside food truck.
    • Basic: Outer openings not protected during operation and vermin and/or environmental cross contamination present. Observed AC in sliding window without screen or solid wall to prevent vermin from flying in. Observed exterior door left open during operation without any screen or protection while live flying insect inside establishment.
  • Floors, walls, ceilings and ventilation
    • Basic: Unclean building components, attachments or fixtures. Box fan in kitchen soiled with grease and dust.
