Conditions were a danger to public health, so the business was ordered to close immediately. It can't reopen until an inspector confirms the problems are fixed.

- High priority: Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41°F. Observed (47°F - Cold Holding); feta cheese (44°F - Cold Holding) in the sub station reach in cooler. Observed cooked chicken nuggets (45°F - Cold Holding) in the top portion of the pizza make line reach in cooler. The operator stored the above foods in the walk in cooler.

- Basic: Sanitizer bucket stored with food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service, or single-use articles. Observed a quaternary solution sanitizer bucket stored on a shelf above to go beverage container lids in the dining area. The operator properly stored the sanitizer bucket.
