Conditions were a danger to public health, so the business was ordered to close immediately. It can't reopen until an inspector confirms the problems are fixed.

  • Handwashing and hygienic practices
    • Intermediate: Employee washed hands in a sink other than an approved handwash sink. Observed employees washing hands in triple sink due too only hand washing station out of order.
  • Food-contact surfaces designed and maintained
    • Basic: Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice buildup in multiple reach in freezers.
    • Basic: Duct tape used to repair nonfood-contact surface. Observed sliding glass freezer repaired with gray duct tape.
  • Plumbing and backflow prevention
    • Basic: Plumbing system in disrepair. Observed pipes missing from under hand washing station.
  • Handwash sinks and supplies
    • Intermediate: No handwash sink for employees. Observed only hand washing station in food service area out of order. Person in charge stepped out to hardware store to get supplies to fix and stated they will have it operational within the hour.
  • Manager certification and employee training
    • Intermediate: Employee has not received adequate training related to their assigned duties as evidenced by lack of general knowledge in performing their assigned duties. Food employees onsite did not know how to properly set up sanitizer for ware washing. Operator found sanitizer and test strips and explained with food employees.
