• Thermometers provided and accurate
  • Basic: Ambient air thermometer not located in the warmest part of the cold holding unit. 2 Reach in Cooler wait station.
• Food-contact surfaces designed and maintained
  • Basic: Food storage container/container lid cracked or broken Multiple plastic containers with cracks on clean dish racks.
• Non-food contact surfaces clean
  • Basic: Nonfood-contact surface soiled. Filters and gaskets on exterior of Ice Machine.
• Sewage and wastewater disposal
  • Basic: Condensation or other drainage not disposed of according to law. Observed condensation on air vents over cook line area. Upon initial observation water was dripping onto the floor in front of reach in coolers, did not observe water dripping onto any food contact surfaces. Repair technician arrived during inspection. Had operator wipe condensation off the vents and did not observe any condensation.
