    • High priority: Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. 0 PPM chlorine multiple attempts

    • High priority: Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Forty two rodent droppings observed in the following locations: Fifteen rodent droppings observed on top of dishwasher . Ten rodent droppings observed on floor under storage room electrical box.

    • High priority: Evidence of mop/cleaning wastewater and trash cans cleaning waste water dumped onto ground in back of building. Unauthorized dumping of waste water.
